How does this weight loss program work?
Depending how much weight you wish to lose you can choose between doing a 23 day program and a 40 day program.
If you have more than 10 -12 lbs to lose it is advisable for you to choose the 40 day program.
The program involves taking some supplements along with being on a restricted eating regime of very specific foods (all fresh and organic that you purchase and cook yourself). You will be eating lean protein cooked without any fat with veggies and some fruit. It is very easy to follow.
You then follow this with a maintenance phase for six weeks. The first three weeks you have to avoid all sugar and starches and then during the second three weeks you can slowly add back a very small amount of sugar and starch depending on how active you are and how sensitive you are to these foods.
