Who are we?
We have helped hundreds of clients release weight for over 4 years.  We have coached CEO's, actors, housewives, teenagers, body builders and clients from 90 years young to 15 years old to achieve their ideal weight with many clients releasing over 100 lbs.  This can be a life changing program for many.  We include information learned from years of experience to help you achieve the best results possible.  Our goal is to teach you how to do the program however more importantly is to teach you how to eat for the rest of your life, far beyond your program.  Nutrition and supplementation is our background and it is our desire to educate clients how to achieve optimum health and vitality.  We provide extra information to help our clients after they have finished their program to help them maintain their ideal weight and encourage them to make healthy choices everyday through our blog.

We have found that clients get the best results if they choose the full coaching program as they stay accountable on a daily basis and are hand held throughout their program and have access to us 24/7 through email and by phone during office hours.  However we do offer the program without personal coaching for those who feel they do not need this.  We highly recommend that you choose the coaching if this is the first time doing the program as many people make a lot of mistakes which can adversely affect their weight loss.

How much weight loss can I really expect?

It is typical for a woman to lose half a pound a day, averaged out over the course of the program.   Therefore during a 23 day program a woman can expect to lose 10 -12 lbs and during a 40 day  program between 20 - 25 lbs

It is typical for a man to lose between one and one and a half pounds per day, averaged out over the course of the program.  Therefore during a 23 day program a man can expect to release 18 - 25 lbs and during a 40 day program between 35 - 40 lbs.  Dr. Simeons recommends stopping the program after a loss of 34 lbs if that comes before the 40 days are complete. 

It could be a little less or more as everyone is different.
These results are typical if strictly adhering to the program.



 How does the program help with weight loss?
There are three types of fat in the body
- structural fat, which cushions the organs and protects the joints  - essential / normal fat, which acts as the body's fuel reserve  - non-essential / abnormal fat, which accumulates around the belly, hips and thighs.

When following a restricted diet, the body can get the energy it needs from metabolizing lean muscle, structural and essential fat first, leaving the non-essential fat deposits. However Dr. Simeons found that the program he created actually reversed the order, encouraging the body to release the non-essential fat reserves first.

Are there any side effects with using the supplemental drops?
There are no side effects associated with the supplemental drops.  Very few experience slight headaches or dizziness for the first few days but this is extremely rare and mild.  This has probably more to do with eliminating sugar from your diet.

Is 500 calories per day enough?
According to Dr. Simeon's, the program will allow the body to burn fat equivalent to an extra 1,500-4,000 calories per day.  He noted that on the program, you are living far more on what you are burning than what you are eating.  The 500 calorie per day diet should be followed in conjunction with a general supplement program (please see recommended nutrient bundle and Vit D in online shopping cart).  Strenuous exercise is not recommended and even moderate exercise may not be suitable.  If a patient has a very demanding physical lifestyle, they may want to try the 1000 calorie per day program.

I am feeling hungry - what should I do?
This can happen for many reasons such as inadequate fat loading on the first two days, or when a patient is nearing a BMI of 25 and they do not have significant supplies of abnormal non essential fat remaining in their bodies and also when patients are used to consuming large amounts of sugar, caffeine and carbohydrates and are experiencing withdrawal symptoms.  In order to help you should try the following:
  • Drink more water and herb teas.  Drinking at least 8 ounces immediately before eating may help
  • Switch the order of eating foods, for example, eat vegetables first, then meat or vice versa
  • Eliminate the Grissini or melba toast; these can make patients feel hungrier.  We prefer patients not to include these at all.  So many people have sensitivity to wheat and are not even aware of it. 
  • Eat fruit right before meals.  Often eating fruit alone will make a lot of people feel hungry after.
  • You may need to increase your drops - hunger and tiredness are two reasons to increase your dosage.  Please note increasing dosage will not increase weight loss.  It is only recommended to increase when hunger and tiredness are the issue.
  • You may find the Appetite Control homeopathic drops very helpful if you are still hungry after increasing your dosage.  These are very useful generally whether you are on the lower calorie program, maintenance, some other reducing program or for day to day support.
I am experiencing constipation - what can I do?
Constipation is a common experience on this program due to its low-fiber content.  We recommend:
  • Increasing fluid intake
  • Eating raw live sauerkraut as your vegetable portion once a day (to obtain good probiotics)
  • Temporarily increase magnesium consumption to 500mg daily
  • Take extra Laxagen - found in the nutrient support bundle in the Online Shopping cart
  • Add Vitamin C - 2 - 4 grams per day
  • Increase consumption of green leafy vegetables
  • Add digestive enzymes, probiotics
  • Take Milk of Magnesia or an over the counter relief if necessary
Are there any special requirements for "older" people?
For any patient over 50 following the program, we recommend using HGH Vitality to relieve any symptoms related to aging that may worsen on the program.  These symptoms may include skin sagging due to weight loss and lower energy levels.  For any female client who is at or near menopause we recommend Hormone Combination to relieve hormone-related symptoms.

Is the detox program required?
We highly recommend the detox program as part of the program as when your fat is solubilized, the toxins stored in it are released and can flood the body.  Without a way to detox and drain, the body may become overwhelmed with these toxins and unable to focus on weight loss and tissue regeneration.

You seem to be recommending quite a lot of support products - do I really need them?
We recommend these products so that you will obtain the best results from this program while supporting all systems of your body. 
We are interested in your long term health and goals and not just selling you a quick fix.  If you go back to your old habits after completing the program you will eventually regain the weight you lost.  This program is a stepping stone to changing your lifestyle habits permanently and educating you how to look after yourself so that you can remain at your ideal weight indefinitely.  Of course you can choose just to buy the homeopathic drops and complete the program successfully however if you wish to complete the program in the healthiest and supportive way both for your physical and emotional well-being please consider some of the suggested support products.
